Francis of Delirium

When Saturday night rolls around and the Chicago streets pulse with restless energy, head over to Subterranean for a sonic journey courtesy of Francis of Delirium. This is the moment where alternative vibes meld with a raw, unpolished edge, catching you in a wave of emotion and noise that feels as intimate as a basement show and as electrifying as your first underground rave. Francis of Delirium has carved a niche that takes the melodic immediacy of indie rock and injects it with introspective lyricism that'll have you lost in thought while you're lost in sound. The Subterranean might not say it, but this is the show that'll make even the most aloof scenester remember why they fell in love with music in the first place. Don't let this night slip through your fingers—it’s the kind of gig where you’ll want to say you were there, packed tight with the coolest of the cool, feeling the floor shake and your heart race.
