Koffin Kats

Dust off your leather jacket and lace up your Docs because Tuesday night at Reggies Rock Club is set to become the stuff of rock 'n' roll legend. The Koffin Kats are rolling into town, bringing with them the kind of unhinged energy that makes garden-variety punk look like a Sunday stroll. Sharing the stage are the Voodoo Glow Skulls, whose ska-punk is as fierce and frenetic as a mosh pit at a basement show. Add The Raging Nathans into the mix and you’re in for a night that promises to be as raw and relentless as a Midwestern winter. And there’s still a wildcard waiting to be announced — just when you thought it couldn’t get more electric. If you crave the chaos and camaraderie of a live set, this is your midweek pilgrimage. Miss it, and you might as well admit you never really loved the underground.
