Lawrence

On a Thursday night, Lawrence is poised to take over The Novo, delivering a sound that's as irresistible as a late-night taco run after catching a secret set in Silver Lake. Known for their uncanny ability to blend irresistible pop hooks with the kind of soul and funk that feels like a forgotten treasure found in your cool uncle’s vinyl collection, Lawrence promises a live experience that's both exhilarating and intimate. It's the kind of show that'll make you text your ex, not out of regret, but because you just experienced something worth sharing. Skip the scrolling and be there for the kind of night that makes LA's indie scene what it is—unpredictably electric and unmissable.

Nestled in the electric pulse of Los Angeles, Lawrence is set to transform The Novo by Microsoft into a kaleidoscope of sound this Friday night. Known for their infectious fusion of soul-pop and sibling synergy, Lawrence promises to deliver a sonic experience as vibrant and unpredictable as an East Village block party. The duo’s energy is less concert and more community, where every note seems to wink knowingly at the tribulations of modern day twentysomethings. This is the kind of show where the echoes of the crowd’s collective chorus might just follow you home, the feeling of FOMO breathing down the necks of those who missed out. If you’re craving a night that will reverberate through your weekend stories, this is the ticket you didn’t know you needed.

If you're spending your Saturday night anywhere other than The Novo, you're doing it wrong. Lawrence is headlining, and if you haven't yet been swept up in their infectious blend of soul-pop bliss, this is your moment. Sibling duo Clyde and Gracie Lawrence are known for turning every venue into a dance party you didn't know you needed, pulling you in with hooks and harmonies that stick to your soul like honey. Their live energy feels like a cross between a classic Motown revue and an underground Brooklyn bash, where every beat demands movement and every chorus feels like a communal celebration. Come for the music, stay for the vibes that are as electric as a synthpop basement set. Get ready to feel like you're part of something bigger—because you will be.
